Specific dance routines, techniques, and styles for fitness, enjoyment, social and mental wellbeing.
Functional Training
In person, indoors, outdoors or an online 1:1 Personal Training session can be arranged for Functional Mobility, Strength and Conditioning coaching and also Group and Family plans for active lifestyles and the movement conscious.
